Dolomite Restaurants Pvt Ltd launches Jamie Oliver Kitchen in Gurugram, India

Gurugram (Haryana) [India], January 11:  Jamie Oliver’s international restaurant business is launching Jamie Oliver Kitchen in partnership with Dolomite Restaurants Pvt. Ltd.

The launch was marked on the second Jamie Oliver Kitchen in India. Located at Ambience Mall, Gurugram, Jamie Oliver Kitchen is the perfect place for super-tasty shopping pit-stops, delicious coffee breaks and after-work drinks, or a meal to remember with your loved ones.

We’ve operated in the market for more than eight years, but this is our first Jamie Oliver Kitchen in Gurugram and our flagship Jamie Oliver restaurant in India. We have run several successful Jamie Oliver’s Pizzerias in the area for many years, but this Jamie Oliver Kitchen will be next-level! The restaurant showcases the very best of Jamie Oliver, guests can expect dishes inspired by Jamie’s travels, cookbooks and TV shows. The menu has been developed with local food trends in mind, and has plenty of Indian and Middle Eastern inspired delights. With flexibility at its heart, the restaurant is open throughout the day, from a mid-morning coffee all the way through to a cozy dinner and mocktails. The menu offers lots of opportunities to share and has plenty of vegan and gluten-free options, too. 

The space has a relaxed and contemporary feel with bright pops of colour, and a welcoming open kitchen and cafe area. Seating options are flexible with large tables for sharing and more intimate areas to relax in. 

“Creating the menu for Jamie Oliver Kitchen, India was a really brilliant process, working with my food team, exploring the recipes my amazing audience has loved most over the years and collaborating with our chefs in Gurugram to bring some local magic. We’ve considered the drinks just as carefully as the food, sourcing incredible coffee and making beautiful fresh juices and Boba teas. Dining with us is about more than food, it’s about making memories with your loved ones, and I and the team are so excited to be bringing a world of flavour to the wonderful people of Gurugram!” – Jamie Oliver.

Diners can expect to tuck into epic sharing platters, light and refreshing salads, handmade pastas, pizzas and filled buns, along with show-stopping big plates like Nori Salmon and Spicy Lamb Chops.
